Jet Age Museum, Gloucester

Armstrong Whitworth Meteor NF.13 (WM366). The type was developed in the early 1950's for the RAF's Middle East Air Force. WM366 served at Boscombe Down and the Radar Research Establishment, before flying with the Israeli Air Force as serial 4XFNA. Restored to its original appearance by Beech Restorations it is a composite aircraft, with the nose from a TT.20 and the rear fuselage from an F.8
